Creamy, buttery Caramel. High quality and ready-to-use. Store in a cool, dry location. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Handling: Melt to approximately 125- to 150-degrees F for easy pouring. To thicken caramel add 1/2 to 1 oz. confectioner’s sugar to 1 lb. of caramel.
